Catherine Naegamvala

Catherine has taught and led in Montessori schools for over twenty years. She began as a classroom teacher and a reading and writing specialist. She later became an assistant director, where she ran school-wide literacy programs and mentored other teachers.

At Pincushion Hill she has served as a guide, mentor and assistant, creating warm classrooms that respond to each child’s development and guiding new interns. She plans lessons around each child’s needs and works closely with families so every child thrives.
